OSCATOWN LONDON TOUR 2014 - DAY 6

Up bright and early for our second run...




...my team stopped for photos on Waterloo Bridge...




...then on to the South Bank for my second route...


...through the OXO building...


...under some bridges...




...and back across the river on the Millenium Bridge...


...to St Paul's Cathedral.


It was too much for some...


...but after a quick jog through Smithfields Meat Market...



...we were heading home...


...and stretch!!

We jumped onto a train to Kingston in south west London...


...to the pier...


...and onto the boat to Hampton Court





We arrived at the palace...


...strolled the grounds...


...met a strange costumed man...


...enjoyed the architecture...


...and the costume hire...





...the through the palace to the gardens.






Behind the palace is a great little pub, which serves traditional English food...

Pie and Mash!!

Apple Crumble and Custard!!!


Then we went back into the palace grounds to tackle the maze...


...fell asleep on the train home and...


...went to see Matilda the Musical (which is absolutely amazing!!!)

OSCATOWN LONDON TOUR 2014 - DAY 5

First thing in the morning we went to Bea's of Bloomsbury (as recommended by Yuki (center))...





...for a lovely cup of tea and a great Red Velvet Muffin!!




Then jumped on the bus to the East...

...home of street art...

...and beigel land (of course with the wonderful Salt Beef!...



Then we found an indoor pool for a quick dip (this was a student art project!)...



...and onward to Spitalfields Market...




...for felafel rolls (these are DELICIOUS!!!)




...with a side salad...



...a smoothie...




...and the world's sweetest banana.


Back to Soho on the bus...


...to Bar Italia for the best Cappucino in the world!??!?




To Ed's Diner for a Peanut Butter Milkshake!...


...or to the pub for a pint...



...the we went to the Craft Beer Pub in Covent Garden for some Real Ale.


...and hamburgers for dinner at Byron.

WOW!! Today was all food!!!
